Only professionals can pull this off.

Summoner Spells:

Always run Ignite Flash.

Skill Order:

Max out your Heal spell very first (I believe it's her W) whenever you can put a point into it, do it (except for when you can upgrade your ult).

Secondly put points in your Infuse ability, use it for harassing or last hitting minions if not at full mana.

Completely ignore her Starcall Ability (Her Q). Do not put a single point into it at alllllllllll, terribad skill.

Put points in her ultimate whenever available.

Runes:

Armor Pen Red Runes.

Attack Speed Blue and Yellow Runes.

Attack Damage / Armor Pen Quintessences (doesn't matter which).

Items:

Doran's Shield - ALWAYS FIRST ITEM, MAKES YOU LESS SQUISHY

Berserker Greaves - Don't always upgrade these before getting your BF Sword, usually get Boots of Speed and then a BF sword and then upgrade them after.

Infinity Edge - Second/Third Item, get nothing else.

x2 Phantom Dancer - Soraka is too slow and has like 0 crit base, you will need 2 of these.

Bloodthirsterx2 - More damage making you do millions of damage.
